Modeling Knowledge about Microarray Analysis

The document below is a description of my PhD project.

I am trying to integrate microarray repositories (like ArrayExpress or GEO) with more informal knowledge, such as the free text that can be managed with Wikis (and semantic Wikis).

I am using the Semantic Web to do that.

I am currently working on the project at EBI, as visiting student.

I’ve started the project at the Paola Castagnoli’s group, where I still work mainly at the Genopolis Microarray Database.

Jan 2007: Here last updates.

More details here in the PhD feature.
